How long will my Order take?

Unframed prints: Allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.
Framed orders within New Zealand are Custom made Bespoke Frames therefore they can take 7-14 days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure we can get it to you in time.
What are the Shipping costs?

Unframed/Print only:
Within NZ: $15 - $37 (Depending on location and size of print)
Australia: $45
Framed Prints:
Within NZ: $20- $50 (Depending on location and size of print)
Australia: $100
How do I measure my Artwork?

The size of the print you select will be the total size of the print/paper. So the small border is included in the print size.
PRINT SIZES:
A3: 11.7 x 16.5" / 297 x 420mm
A2: 16.5 x 23.4" / 420 x 594mm
A1: 23.4 x 33.1" / 594 x 841mm
A0: 33.1 x 46.8" / 841mm X 1189mm
FINISHED FRAME SIZE
If you are having it framed, this is the finished frame size so use these dimensions when working out how your art will look in your space.
A3 = 460mm x 337mm
A2 = 634mm x 460mm
A1 = 881mm x 634mm
A0 = 1229mm x 881mm

Standard Glass for A3 / A2 / A1
Museum Grade Acrylic Glass for all A0 sized Framed Prints
Order Cancellations
✔ Before Production – Orders can be cancelled without penalty before printing begins. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
❌ After Production – Once the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Refunds & Replacements
All prints are made to order so please note that all sales are final. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch as soon as possible, and If it hasn't been printed yet, we can refund your order or exchange it.
📦 Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
✔ Provide photos of the damaged print & packaging
✔ We will replace the damaged print at no extra cost
